Booking Terms and Conditions
Prices are per cottage, per week. Electricity is included in the price. £25 reduction if only two persons in a 4 bed cottage.
Minimum charge or short breaks, when available, is for four nights at 75% of the weekly rates.
Children under 8 years cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.
Well behaved dogs accepted at £20 per week.
Bookings are from 4pm to 10am Saturday to Saturday.
Bookings may be made by phone or letter.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week per cottage is due with the booking form to confirm the reservation.
The balance of rent and other charges are due six weeks before the holiday starts.

The number of people staying in the cottages must not exceed the numbers stated on the booking form.
2 Rods per cottage maximum. 5 RODS MAXIMUM PER WEEK.
Young persons in full time education fish free of charge.
There is ample car parking space adjacent to the cottages.
